Cheonji Ilbo reported that Wishbuilder and PiQuant have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on developing innovative solutions for the global water crisis.
The partnership brings together Wishbuilder's water purification technologies—including Pure Wish, an instant water purification solution, and Wish-Well, its fully automated water purification system—with PiQuant's spectroscopy-based water quality analysis technology.
PiQuant specializes in portable water quality analysis and has developed the Water Scanner, a device capable of detecting waterborne bacteria to help ensure the safety of drinking water.
Through this collaboration, the two companies aim to integrate advanced water quality analysis with effective purification technology to deliver practical solutions for communities facing water insecurity. The partnership also reflects a shared commitment to improving access to safe drinking water for the nearly two billion people worldwide affected by water scarcity and climate change.
